Refund Policy


If you have started missing classes or are unable to keep up with the selected program, please write to the support chat in your personal account or on WhatsApp: Client Support. We will offer a solution — for example, we may transfer you to another course or pause your studies. If the suggested options do not suit you, a refund can be issued according to the following rules.


Terminology
AntiStressAcademy Limited

Educational Program
An additional general developmental educational program or an additional professional education program (advanced training or professional retraining program).
The educational program is also listed on the course landing page and in the webinar presentation.
Educational Services Agreement
An agreement for paid educational services under the Educational Program, concluded between AntiStressAcademy Limited and the Student (in case of professional retraining or advanced training with the issuance of an educational diploma).

Offer Agreement
A contract for the provision of services.
Services
Paid educational services under the Educational Program provided by AntiStressAcademy Limited on the basis of the Educational Services Agreement / Offer Agreement.
Tuition Fee
The actual payment received by AntiStressAcademy Limited from the Payer for Services under the Educational Services Agreement / Offer Agreement.
Customer
An individual who pays for the Services on their own, or a legal entity or sole proprietor who pays for the Services on behalf of the Student.
Student
An individual undergoing the Educational Program under the Educational Services Agreement.
Synchronous Format
A format in which Students study in a group. All Students in the group follow the same calendar schedule within the same educational period. This period is indicated on the corresponding Educational Program landing page.
Asynchronous Format
A format in which Students do not study in a group but follow a self-paced learning schedule for the Educational Program.
Payer
An individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor who has paid for the Services under the Educational Services Agreement.
Refund Amount
The amount to be refunded for the Services.
Date of Application
The date when AntiStressAcademy Limited receives a completed refund application form from the Customer, submitted via the support chat in the personal account, on WhatsApp: https://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=79859167779, or via email: antistress.academy.limited@gmail.com.
Electronic Payment System
A system that allows electronic payments for Services via e-money or bank cards using the Internet: GetCourse, Cloud, and others.
Partner Bank
A bank that, under a partnership agreement with AntiStressAcademy Limited, provides the Payer with an opportunity to pay for the Services using borrowed funds.


How is the Refund Amount Calculated?
If less than 3 days of the Educational Program have passed as of the Date of Application, AntiStressAcademy Limited will refund the full Tuition Fee.
If more than 3 days have passed, AntiStressAcademy Limited determines the Refund Amount as follows:

AntiStressAcademy Limited determines the percentage of completed lessons:
  • Synchronous format: based on the number of lessons completed by the group in which the Student is enrolled.
  • Asynchronous format: based on the number of lessons accessed by the Student. Viewing or downloading any materials related to the lesson — including presentations, lectures, or summaries — is considered as lesson completion.
  • If the Services were paid using a loan from a Partner Bank, AntiStressAcademy Limited refunds only the Tuition Fee. Interest and expenses incurred under the agreement with the Partner Bank are not reimbursed.


Refunds when Transferring to Another Program
By mutual agreement, the Refund Amount can be credited toward payment for another Educational Program.
  • If the Refund Amount is less than the Tuition Fee of the new program, the Customer pays the difference.
  • If the Refund Amount is greater, AntiStressAcademy Limited either:
  • refunds the difference, or
  • credits it to the Customer's internal account.
  • If the Customer paid for the program in foreign currency and terminates the contract early, the Refund Amount will be calculated and returned in Russian rubles. The exchange rate is not guaranteed.


How to Request a Refund
Send a free-form request via the support chat in your personal account or on WhatsApp: https://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=79859167779, or by email: antistress.academy.limited@gmail.com.
A support specialist will forward your request to a Sales Manager or Course Supervisor. After agreeing on the next steps, they will:
  1. Calculate the Refund Amount;
  2. Provide a refund application form;
  3. You must fill out, sign, and send the form via the same WhatsApp or email.


Refund Processing Timeline
AntiStressAcademy Limited will issue the Refund Amount within 60 banking days from the Date of Application.


Where Will the Money Be Returned?
The refund will be transferred to the original payment method used by the Payer.
If this is not possible, the Payer must notify us via WhatsApp or email.
In the case of credit payments, funds will be returned to the Partner Bank account.


What Happens After the Refund?
Access to materials in the Student's Personal Account on the AntiStressAcademy Limited online platform will be revoked upon receipt of the signed refund application.
After the refund is processed, further participation in AntiStressAcademy Limited programs becomes unavailable for the Customer, except in rare cases agreed upon by both parties.
