PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT, TERMS OF SERVICE, REFUND POLICY, PRIVACY POLICY, COOKIE POLICY

PREAMBLEThis Unified Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding public offer between the User (“User”, “Client”, “Participant”) and AntiStressAcademy Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing, purchasing, or using any online products, educational materials, digital content, or services (“Services”), the User accepts this Agreement in full.
If the User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, the User must immediately cease using the Services.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PUBLIC OFFER2.1. This Agreement operates as a public offer under applicable law.
2.2. Acceptance occurs when the User performs any of the following actions:
(a) purchases a Service;
(b) registers an account;
(c) submits any form on the website;
(d) views or downloads course materials;
(e) participates in online activities;
(f) interacts with Company representatives.
2.3. By accepting this Offer, a binding contract is formed.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICESThe Company provides digital and online educational Services, including:
(a) online courses and pre-recorded lessons;
(b) webinars, workshops, live sessions;
(c) downloadable files (PDFs, videos, audios);
(d) consultations and mentorship programs;
(e) community or group training programs.
Detailed descriptions are provided on product pages. The Company may update or modify course content without prior notice.
4. USER REQUIREMENTS4.1. The User must:
(a) be at least 18 years of age;
(b) possess full legal capacity;
(c) provide accurate data during registration;
(d) comply with all clauses of this Agreement.
4.2. Users under 18 may participate solely with parental or guardian consent.
5. PAYMENT TERMS5.1. Prices are displayed on the website and may change at Company discretion.
5.2. Payment is processed via third-party payment processors; the Company does not store full card data.
5.3. All payments are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.4. The User is responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees.
6. ACCESS TO MATERIALS6.1. Access is granted after successful payment.
6.2. Access duration varies per product.
6.3. The Company may temporarily restrict access due to maintenance or force-majeure events.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS7.1. All content, including videos, texts, graphics, audio materials, software, brand elements, and training methods, is the exclusive property of the Company.
7.2. The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
7.3. The User is prohibited from:
(a) copying or distributing materials;
(b) granting access to third parties;
(c) using materials for commercial or educational purposes;
(d) posting materials online;
(e) creating derivative works.
Violation may result in access revocation and legal action.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES8.1. The Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
8.2. The Company does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
8.3. The Company does not guarantee improvements in mental, emotional, or financial conditions.
8.4. The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on the Services.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
(a) direct or indirect damages;
(b) loss of profit, revenue, data, or business;
(c) User’s actions, decisions, or omissions;
(d) failures of third-party providers;
(e) force majeure circumstances.
9.2. The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service.
10. USER OBLIGATIONSThe User agrees to:
(a) keep login credentials secure;
(b) avoid sharing account access;
(c) behave respectfully in group sessions;
(d) avoid conduct that disrupts the platform.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY11.1. Personal information shared within group programs must remain confidential.
11.2. Recording group calls or internal training without written consent is prohibited.
12. REFUND POLICY12.1 GENERAL RULEAll sales are final unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
12.2 NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
Refunds are not provided for:
(a) online courses after access is granted;
(b) downloadable digital files;
(c) subscription-based products after activation;
(d) live sessions, webinars, workshops;
(e) mentorship programs after scheduling;
(f) promotional, discounted, or sale-priced products;
(g) installment payments already made.
12.3 TECHNICAL ISSUES
Refunds may be granted only if a confirmed technical failure on the Company’s side prevents access.
The User must provide evidence: screenshots, recordings, browser info.
12.4 DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS
Duplicate payments are refundable if reported within 7 days.
12.5 DEADLINE
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
12.6 REFUND PROCESS
Requests must be sent to:
antistress.academy.limited@gmail.com
Subject: “Refund Request”.
Include:
(a) full name;
(b) purchase email;
(c) order number;
(d) reasons and supporting evidence.
Processing time: up to 14 business days.
The Company may refuse a refund if:
- more than 10% of course content is completed;
- materials were downloaded;
- user violations occurred;
- fraudulent patterns are detected.
13. MODIFICATION OF TERMSThe Company may update the Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updates.
14. GOVERNING LAWThis Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
15. PRIVACY POLICY15.1 DATA COLLECTIONThe Company may collect:
(a) personal identifiers: name, email, phone;
(b) technical data: IP address, device info, usage data;
(c) payment confirmation data (processed externally);
(d) analytics and behavioral data.
15.2 PURPOSES
Data is processed to:
(a) deliver Services;
(b) manage accounts;
(c) process payments;
(d) send communications and updates;
(e) ensure platform security;
(f) comply with legal requirements.
15.3 DATA SHARING
Data may be shared with:
(a) payment processors;
(b) email marketing platforms;
(c) LMS platforms;
(d) analytics providers.
No data is sold to third parties.
15.4 INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Data may be processed on servers in various jurisdictions. By using Services, the User consents to such transfers.
15.5 USER RIGHTS
Where applicable, the User may request:
(a) access;
(b) correction;
(c) deletion;
(d) restriction;
(e) data portability;
(f) withdrawal of consent.

17. FINAL PROVISIONSIf any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder stays in force.
